Book 3 is done!
My third and final book about the Lori Vallow Daybell-Chad Daybell case is finally finished and available on Amazon.
It took me 2-1/2 years and three books to do it, but I finally answer the question that burned in my mind as I sat in the jury box at LVD’s trial in Idaho: Not why, but HOW she could brutally murder her husband, her lover’s wife and even her own two children and be perfectly happy about it. I knew at the time that it was a complex question with a complex answer.
My title for book three is: ON THE LEFT HAND OF CHRIST;’ HOW WE CREATED LORI VALLOW DAYBELL
The title needs some explaining and you will have to read the book to understand it. I think it reflects the complexity of what drove her to commit her crimes.
In the book, I start in early America in the 1820s and work my way through Joseph Smith and the golden plates, the Mountain Meadows Massacre, the FLDS, the media’s hand in it all, Rexburg past and present, prepper groups and religious hucksters, LVD’s family history, Melani Boudreaux and Alex Cox.
The second part of the book covers LVD’s trials in Arizona, the first of which I attended, my experience there and my thoughts about the police in Gilbert and Chandler Arizona.
I hope you read it. I hope you share it with your friends. It’s extremely important that we understand what drove her, so we can recognize the dangers that still exist and what is currently occurring in the name of religion. Kidnapping, rape, trafficking and enslaving children are ongoing problems that are happening as you read this.
