Back to work

If you’ve been following me you know I’ve been out of touch and you may or may not know why.

On July 30 my grandson suffered a fall and a severe traumatic brain injury. It’s been all hands on deck taking care of him and needless to say it has consumed me and taken me away from my writing.

I can tell you that he is home now, happy and running all over the house. He has a long way to go, but we’re thankful that he is coming along.

I’m back to work on book three and almost finished. My main goal is to find a publisher or literary agent. If I don’t find one soon I will self publish, but my idea is to hand all three books over to a publisher and market it as a trilogy. Book three is different than the first two books. I focus more on history and how our culture creates monsters. That’s not a great description, but you’ll have to read it to understand.

Anyway, I am back and you should be seeing me on podcasts again or doing book signings. Anything I can do to promote.

I’m excited about my next project. It will be completely different than anything I have done so far. It will be an audio book for children. Spending so much time with my grandson has given me the inspiration to write a story for children. More to come on that once I get going.
